Principal

Principal

You progressively develop your potential for acquisition of new business and at the same time you are responsible for the operational management of large complex projects.
As an experienced expert in your field you have proven your expertise on many different projects.
Personnel management and personnel development also lie within your scope of responsibilities.

Project Manager

As Project Manager you are the lynchpin of the project and the contact person for our clients. Furthermore your tasks include the structuring of the project process, the responsibility for project results and budget, the reporting of the project status to the responsible Partner, the development of new business and the operational management of the team.
Generally, you possess a high level of industry or functional competence.
A mentor at the Partner or Principal level guides your successful development to Principal.

Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant:

As a Senior Consultant you are a key figure in our organization.
You provide our clients with “creative strategies that work“.
Typical tasks include:

  • Responsibility for one or more project modules or smaller projects
  • Direct client contact at senior manager level
  • Project direction with regard to clients and colleagues
  • Preparation of and participation in workshops
  • Contribution to acquisition of new business

You work on the broadest possible spectrum of projects, depending on your experience and preferences.
A mentor at the Partner or Principal level guides your successful development to Project Manager.

Consultant

Consultant:

As a consultant you work productively in a project team from the very beginning.
Your tasks include:

  • Responsibility for a project module
  • Conduct of research and interviews (in general at senior manager level)
  • Preparation of and participation in workshops
  • Market and data analysis
  • Preparation of presentations

You work on a variety of different projects, each generally lasting between three and six months.
The aim is to train you up to Senior Consultant level within a short period of time (approximately one year).

Junior Consultant

Junior Consultant:

Holding a “Diplom” or Master’s degree, you go straight into doing everyday consultancy work as a Junior Consultant.
Your tasks include:

  • Working on specific project assignments
  • Conduct of research and interviews (generally at the operational level)
  • Preparation of and participation in workshops
  • Market and data analysis
  • Preparation of presentations

You work on a variety of different projects, each lasting, on average, between three and six months.
The aim is to train you up to Consultant level within a short period of time (approximately one year).
