The dynamics of growth, new technologies and a constantly changing business environment are increasing the complexity of successful internationalization strategies. The success of a company depends on a wide range of factors; future market developments are becoming increasingly complex in a global context. Strategy has to be developed to address these global trends and to secure sustainable competitive advantages. These global strategies, however, need to be adapted to the specific requirements of a particular regional market.
M&A can be the right approach for achieving the aims of an internationalization strategy. Acquisition can accelerate market entry, improve the existing market position and secure the supplier base through equity investments. EAC also assists its clients with divestment and joint ventures. Regional differences in the regulatory framework, approval procedures and investment conditions increase the complexity of M&A transactions.
EAC supports its customers with professional process and project management, often starting in the early stages of an M&A process (i.e. target screening and selection, pre-due diligence).
Companies need to be continuously improving their performance in emerging markets in order to master the challenges and increased competition in those markets. This is the only way to secure sustainable competitive advantages.
Our excellently educated intercultural teams can deploy the optimal combination of regionally specific knowledge and state of the art consulting methods and techniques.
We offer several services for a sustainable implementation of performance improvement programmes in emerging markets.
