After studying food and biotechnology, he learned the management trade at Procter & Gamble. For Wrigley EMEAI, he gradually assumed responsibility for Product Supply, Procurement and Manufacturing. Subsequently, as Senior Director, he brought together the Mars Wrigley chewing gum and confectionery production network and its organization. As a member of the Executive Board of Eckes AG, he was responsible for the supply chain as well as human resources and organizational development. His holistic sustainability strategy contributed to the business success even in difficult times. Uli Bunk now has 32 years of experience in international business and organizational responsibility with a focus on:

• Service and cost optimization of the end-to-end value chain (procurement, production, logistics as well as investments in engineering & technology and digitalization of business and production processes along the sustainable value chain).
• HR and organizational development, including board appointments, M&A integrations, restructurings (with social plan), leadership development and mentoring, and transformation towards agile organizations.
• Strategy development for innovation and sustainability of branded products.

During this time, he has built an extensive network with decision makers and business partners in the consumer goods industry. This is another reason why he supports medium-sized companies and start-ups in advisory board functions.
